Project Planner

Job description

Responsibilities
What you will do in this role: 
Project planning in MS Project.
Manage follow-up on a weekly basis and consolidate, analyze and propose updates to the plan within the given framework.
Deviation management.
Monthly baseline reports of the plan internally to Alstom and clients.
Manage documentation deliveries externally via teams and email.
General documentation.


Qualifications
To thrive in this role we believe that you have:
Bs. or Ms. degree in Engineering.
Broad and detailed knowledge of the planning tool MS Project.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
3+ years of project planning experience.
Experience in production and projects.
Experience in the railway industry. 
Excellent communication skills in English.
