At Verification, Testing and Materials Technology within Powertrain Engineering Sweden, we have the responsibility to plan and execute engine and component tests.
Engine Verification and Planning is a driven and passionate team of 13 members that contributes to ensuring quality and reliability of our products in our engine test facilities so that we can deliver products that meet the customers’ expectations. This is what you will do
We are offering an opportunity for you to work as a link between product development projects and engine test facilities. You will on an operational level plan tests in our facilities, as well as lead and develop ways of working to ensure the optimal flow within our testing processes.
You will act as the contact person for test rig planning, and you will interface with project leaders, test operators, test engineers, workshop, test-cell developers, and maintenance technicians. Together with a colleague, you will collaborate to plan tests in about 30 different test cells at our internal and external facilities. Your holistic view will allow you to ensure that our engine and component testing facilities bring maximum value to our product development.

Requirements:
Technical Education MSc and/or relevant experience within the automotive industry
Several years of experience of automotive product development, preferably engine development, project management or testing
Knowledge in planning tools, preferably Microsoft Project.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
