You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting with 1500 colleagues, of 77 different nationalities, dedicated to Electrolux products and businesses, across the World.
We are looking for a 2nd level applications support in our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our internally developed Product Costing solution together with external developers and our internal IT team.
Your main tasks:
· Act as level 2 support to troubleshoot and resolve system or user-identified issues
· Maintain and enhance Global PLM applications
· User account provisioning
· Monitoring system performance
· Data Quality management
Qualifications:
· Basic programming experience using languages like C#/Java.
· Knowledge of SQL databases, like MS SQL, DB2
· Interfacing techniques (ETL/PentaHo/FTP)
· Required languages: Fluent English written and spoken
