Project / Program Manager

Your working area & responsibilities
Take the overall responsibility of successfully delivering IT Operating Model or New Ways of Working Transformation Consulting engagements.
Build a trusted partner status with the client C-suite stakeholders based on excellent delivery of the Transformation Engagement.
Attract, hire, retain, inspire and manage talent. Mentor and guide the team members where required. 
Ensure team and self-utilization at all times. 
Lead client engagements while driving both business development and practice growth at the same time. 
Own and achieve the assigned revenue, client satisfaction and team utilization targets.
Deliver consulting projects in English language.
Travel to client locations as and when needed (sometimes up to 80% travel required)

Your skillset
Must have deep Domain/Industry Knowledge in TMT (Technology Media and Telecom) and or Manufacturing : Awareness and knowledge of broad economic, demographic, technological and global trends within own ecosystem
At least 15 years’ experience in delivering large and complex IT Operating Model, New Ways of Working and/or Projects to Products Transformation engagements as an Engagement Manager or Engagement Leader 
Understanding of Next Gen Application Management Services based on flow and reducing waste in SDLC 
Experience in managing and delivering complex transformation programs 
Broad background in IT management consulting and CIO advisory 
Proven track record of advising clients and implementing new operating models and delivery methods such as Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud, Cost Optimization, etc. 
Proven track record of successfully selling consulting engagements 
Proven track record of managing multitude of client stakeholders at the C-suite level and similar senior stakeholders 
Excellent Swedish (desirable) and English language skills
