Etac's global purchasing organization continues to develop its strategic purchasing work and is now applying for a Project Purchaser located in Anderstorp. You are offered an exciting and international service in a company whose products greatly improve the quality of life for their users. We do not mind that you are in the beginning of your career, with ambitions to eventually grow into an even more qualified role at Etac.

As a Project Purchaser you get an important role in Etac's development project, where you already in the design phase will be involved for tasks at the interfaces between R&D, Purchasing, production and above all suppliers. A main task is to relieve Strategic buyers with technical issues. You will mainly work with products connected to manual wheelchairs and products for bathrooms.

The service is a part of the international purchasing organization where you work closely with Strategic purchasers and Category Managers. You will report to the Strategic Purchasing Director.

You are offered a service with many internal and external contacts where business acumen and relationship building are crucial to success. Tasks and areas of responsibility are mainly tactical in nature and consists of:

• Coordinate purchasing with R&D, Operations and Strategic Purchasing.
• Responsible for sourcing for ongoing projects.
• Participate in projects and be responsible for purchasing-related parts.
• Responsible for purchasing processes by e.g., produce specification requirements for quotations, search for suppliers, quotation review, coordinate supplier selection and purchasing with category managers, contract work, create purchase orders.
• Responsible for technical documentation and BOM review together with technical staff
• Operate pilot series with specific suppliers.
• Update business systems with basic data. (Suppliers, prices, lead times, MOQ etc.)

We want you to have an academic education in logistics, economics, Supply Chain or equivalent education. From experience, we would like you to work for a few years with purchasing work in an international environment and preferably in companies with their own products. Material knowledge is of course a great advantage, as well as technical competence. Other important skills are IT / Business Systems, finance and negotiation skills, and that you handle English with ease in speech and writing.

You defined yourself as, businesslike, strong in relationship building, communicative and good at collaboration. Focus on results is important, also analytical ability and a structured approach.
