Job Description


1-2 Year International Assignment
The dynamic and growing Bosch Rexroth Business Unit Haegglunds Drives (DC/HD) is looking for a motivated, and experienced purchasing professional to energetically and positively lead our Project Purchasing Team in Mellansel, Sweden.
The areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, defining and implementing successful cost savings projects and purchasing strategy (together with the global DC/PU Organization); contributing to and proactively supporting the HD strategic goals for the future (as well as communicating these within the DC Purchasing Organization); strengthening preventive supplier quality; and ensuring supplier deliveries regarding cost, time and quality. As the Project Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible to lead a small team while fostering a high level of team spirit within the department.




Qualifications


Relevant training and experience in Purchasing - as well as knowledge of the internal purchasing processes within Bosch Rexroth; confirmed positive leadership skills and experience in managing a team; solid experience in negotiations and cooperation with suppliers; strong knowledge of English (prerequisite); knowledge of German (advantage).
