Project Quality and Safety Manager (163050)
As Project Quality and Safety Manager you will ensure the project Quality and safety assurance on the project and coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project. You will also ensure consistency between the project objectives and the customer's satisfaction
Furthermore, you will be the interface with the customer quality and safety teams. You will also define and monitor correct execution of the project quality plan.
As the Project Quality and Safety Manager you will report directly to the Country Quality Manager and be a part of the Project Core Teams that reports to the Project Manager. You will be located in Motala with regular business trips between the site and the project in Stockholm but also within the country (head office in Västerås to meet the quality team) and if needed to Europe.
Responsibilities
Customer Quality, be an interface with the customer’s quality and safety team.
Project Quality, establish and ensure proper application of Project Quality Plans.
Project Safety, establish and ensure proper application of Project Safety Plans.
Project Execution Controls manage quality and safety issues (according to 8D), verify that project deliverables are in compliance through inspection and Audits, Proper return of experience management in the projects and that the project budget for the function are held.
Supplier Quality, be an interface with supplier and manage non conformities.
Measure and improve project quality and safety performance.
Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering, Management or adequate.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Experience of Quality, such as Quality management, Non Conformity (8D) and Risk methods and tools.
Experience of Safety management, preferable Railway Safety (incl. Norms and standards)
Experience of Project Management
