We are now looking for a Project Quality and Safety Manager who is able to work part time 50% and wants to take the next step in the career together with us at Randstad and our client Alstom.

Responsibilities
Tasks that might be included in the role are:


Act as the interface for all Project Quality aspects, including 
the customer quality and safety teams 
Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) in line with contract requirements and company processes 
Support project audits and reviews, including supplier quality systems
Ensure and keep the project core team updated on the quality plan´s objectives and progress  
Manage non-conformities and safety issues
Ensure safety assessments and authorizations are in place
Delivery and approval of project quality documentation




Qualifications
To thrive in this role we believe that can work 50% and have:


Engineering degree in relevant field
Knowledge of railway industry
Qualification in Six Sigma
Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools
Experience in operational activities and in documentation management 
Experience in people management 
Proficiency in English
