ROLE PQAM – Project Quality Assurance Manager

Your profile
* Degree in engineering or equal background
* Previous experience in project organization is an advantage
* English language skills are required, other language/s is an advantage.
* Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
* Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality
* Strong team player with good communication, problem solving, creativity and critical thinking skills,
* Availability and willingness to start a permanent job in Finspong, Sweden,
Your responsibilities
* Act as a main interface for quality in the internal production.
* Assess capability of production to fulfil customer specific project requirements.
* Ensure needed resources are available to execute project plan.
* Manage CWPs (customer witness points) in production.
* Collect and Review Siemens Energy Quality Documentation (QCP/ITP, MRB, etc).
* Incorporate Lessons Learned into Project Risk Mitigation Plans.
The Project Quality Assurance Manager is a part of the project quality team acting as a coordinator for all supplier quality activities in the project and reports to the assigned Project Quality Manager (PQM).
The Project Quality Assurance Manager will follow quality plans, coordinate, and monitor the quality activities for the project he or she is appointed to. Activities are based on customer contracts, internal instructions and processes, local laws, and regulations.
The work will require a limited amount of international business travels.
