About the job
As Project Quality Engineer you work actively with quality assurance in project management, which means systematically document and evaluate deliveriables acc. to project management modell. You establish the defined quality management system aligned to the project-specific requirements to ensure the quality in product and process in project to achieve customer satisfaction and business success. Acting as a member of the project core team with special focus on failure prevention.
How to contribute to our Zero-Defect vision:
Ensure that the customer specific requirements and their technical requirements are evaluated and incorporated in product and process development during the project management.
Plan/leads/controls all project quality activities in close collaboration with project organization (incl. internal and external).

· develop, implement, and improve the project quality assurance, and make sure that quality reporting is incorporated as an integrated part of the project reporting.
Develop and improve the management of change process to ensure that quality is assured in product and process.

What You Need To Make a Difference
Excellent self-leadership and interpersonal skills, a strong team player with excellent communication skills to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, high and low in the organization.
Competent in planning, problem solving, decision making
A self-aware individual able to positively motivate others
Relevant engineering degree
5+ years of relevant experience within quality management in projects.
Good understanding of IATF and it core tools, are able to demonstrate deep experiences with Customer Quality Requirements, PPAP, Project Quality Planning (APQP), Control plans, FMEA, Audits, NC management, 8D’s and RCA’s is required.
Outstanding English knowledge (spoken and written)
