Our business unit in Västerås, currently has a vacancy for a Project Quality Specialist, at our Grids and Power Quality Solutions department. We are working in an international environment with a variety of topics with a clear strategy towards a pro-active quality culture. Now we are looking for a person with a service minded and driving personality who is ready to take on a broad range of work and taking responsibility for selected areas within quality. You will take part of an existing journey with interesting challenges along the way.
Your responsibilities
Provide project support on Quality matters
Perform project audit
Project Quality risk assessment
Support handling of non-conformities
Internal Audits
Support process development and other activities related to the management system
Drive quality method training and support following Lean Six Sigma methods
Living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background
You have technical background and you preferably hold a university degree in engineering or equivalent
A few years' work experience in a related area
Lean 6 Sigma grade and/or internal audit training is preferable
On a personal level you are analytical, service minded and supportive with good communication skills
You have strong drive and being able to take lead in a situation
English is a must, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered as a plus.
