About us

We are looking for a Project & Service Manager within the Telecom Industry and OSS domain. The role act as the main interface towards the customer in the daily operative. The team under your responsibility is accountable for all deliveries towards the customer including maintenance as well as new sales or add-ons opportunity scouting and portfolio modernization.

With us you will be responsible for

In the position as Project & Service Manager you will be responsible for a delivery containing several applications/systems within Telecom and the OSS domain. The delivery is partly carried out globally but main team within your responsibility is local in Sweden. You are a combined service and project manager, acting as team leader but also as project manager in single deliveries within the portfolio.

The position means overall responsibility for maintenance and development towards customer, ensuring SLA compliance and carry out overall responsibility for planning and deliver new features or changes to the existing systems. You are also responsible for management of overall team performance and productivity, focusing on continuous improvement. You will build team member capabilities and performance through coaching.

The position is the interface towards the customer on operative level and leads the daily work and together with the team you will also support and participate in sales work, create suggestions on how to further improve the customer offerings and delivery and bring these ideas to the customer.

We expect you to have

We expect you to have experience as project manager and continuous service management. Positive if you have insight or experience of Telecom Industry and an asset if also OSS Domain. You have good understanding of the lifecycle of SW application development and application management services. You have worked in global set ups and teams before. You possess a natural interest in leadership and continuous improvement.

As a person you are

You are used to work in a customer interfacing role and have a positive "can do" attitude and you like to lead a global team. You have a business mindset and are able to lead change and prioritize work to provide balance between short term priorities and long term health of managed applications. As a person you have professional way of working but you are also a team builder and team player. You possess excellent leadership, social and networking skills and have ability to inspire others to achieve great results.
