WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your mission will be to provide value and reliable performance in the sourcing and purchase of products, materials and services for all business purposes to Oatly Group. As Project Sourcing Manager you represent the sourcing organization in the new project development phase and help to deliver new development projects on time, to the right quality, within the targeted cost and with the most optimal supplier collaborations. You are responsible for all sourcing related activities within a project and act as the link between the new project development team and the Strategic Buyer.

More fun things you will do:

- Represent the sourcing organization in all new product development projects and take full sourcing responsibility for all sourcing related issues (NDA, product development agreements etc)
- Assure that sourced ingredients or material in new product development projects are delivered on time, to the agreed quality, with social compliance and within the targeted cost and aligned with the category sourcing strategies
- Assure that project deadlines are met in order to make room for the sourcing activities
- Lead and co-ordinate the RFQ related activities from a project perspective and report status to project manager
- Evaluate RFQs and assign new businesses in alignment with Strategic Buyer
- Lead and co-ordinate project related activities towards category managers and site operations


In this role you will report to Procurement Manager EMEA and the position is placed in Malmö (with possibility to work partly remote).

WHO YOU ARE:

Besides having a strategic mindset and being a highly skilled professional, we also hope that you are a strong communicator and a problem-solving kind of person who loves being part of a team and take ownership for your area of expertise.

We believe that you have a couple of years of work experience from negotiations, strategic/tactical sourcing and/or project management in an international business environment. If you have experience from sustainable sourcing it is a great advantage.

We hope to see that you check the following boxes:

- Higher education, preferably within engineering, project management, business economics or comparable working experience
- Project management skills and experience from working with cross-functional teams
- ERP system logic (AX preferable)
- BI system competence (Qlik, Power BI or others)
- Fluent in English and Swedish
