ValueOne is looking for driven Project Sourcing Managers with experience from sourcing machinery and technical equipment. You will be part of our team of Supply Chain professionals and will be based in our head office in Stockholm. There is possible to work remotely to some extent. The assignment last for at least twelve months and there are good prospects for extension.

The role
As Project Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for sourcing machinery and technical equipment in one of our customers major projects. You will be evaluating, qualifying, and selecting suppliers and conducting negotiations. The work also includes to actively provide professional procurement services to various stakeholders in order to control the projects’s cost level and to maximize the supplier value and manage supply risks.
Experience and competencies
The person we are looking for must have previous experience in strategic sourcing, either from a role in procurement or from operations. You have experience in procuring production equipment, preferably machinery and technical equipment. You should have good negotiation skills and be knowledgeable in handling agreements. It’s beneficial to have a post-secondary education in a relevant area. We expect you to have experience from standard agreements according to NL/ NLM. Fluency in English, both in oral and in writing, is a must. Good problem-solving skills in connection with capacity to structure and analyze data sets is a prerequisite for the role. Furthermore you are a people oriented and communicative person, who likes to interact with many different stakeholders.
