The Project Specialist and Executive Assistant for HemoCue is responsible for driving various business-related activities and administrative tasks. You will be a key member of a results-oriented, welcoming organization and work independently while building excellent relationships, leveraging your business acumen with relevant partners.
This position is newly established role reporting to the President of HemoCue.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage the day-to-day activities for the President, ensuring calendar management, meeting delegation, travel arrangements, and overall time management.
Analyze data, provide summary and presentations on behalf of the President.
Manage internal and external communication from the President.
Drive business-related projects for the President.
Organize onboarding of new members in the management team, team off-sites, events, and travels for the top-management team.
Lead technical and administrative small and large virtual and f2f events, being comfortable with new and advanced technologies and software tools (Teams, Miro etc.).
The essential requirements of the job include:
The ideal candidate holds a minimum of three years of experience in supporting an executive in a multinational company and hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and see yourself as an ambitious and service-minded individual always eager to develop.
You can embrace and drive projects independently with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment and is a natural networker with a good ability to build collaborations and followership from others.
On top of that we are looking for someone who has:
Experience in developing well-written material.
Excellent IT skills especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Teams, and Miro.
Proficiency in Swedish and English, written and verbally
You possess strong coordinating skills and being attentive to details comes naturally to you. You have a service-oriented pro-active mentality and excel when it comes to written and verbal communication. You will thrive with this role and responsibility because of your good judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness.
