Your profile
* Degree in engineering or equal background.
* Previous experience in project organization is an advantage.
* English language skills are required, other language/s is an advantage.
* Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
* Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality.
* Strong team player with good communication, problem solving, creativity and critical thinking skills.
* Availability and willingness to start a permanent job in Finspong, Sweden.

 

Your responsibilities
* Act as a main Supplier Quality interface to Projects
* Establish supplier oversight plan as required for project risk mitigation
* Assess capability of supplier base to fulfil customer specific project requirements and purchasing plan
* Ensure needed resources are available to execute SQ project plan
* Manage CWPs (customer witness points) at Supplier
* Collect and Review Supplier Quality Documentation (MQCP/ITP, MRB, etc)
* Incorporate Lessons Learned into Project Risk Mitigation Plans

The Project Supplier Quality Manager is a part of the project quality team acting as a coordinator for all supplier quality activities in the project and reports to the assigned Project Quality Manager (PQM).

The Project Quality Manager will establish quality plans, coordinate, and monitor the quality activities for the project he or she is appointed to. Activities are based on customer contracts, internal instructions and processes, local laws, and regulations.

The work will require a limited amount of international business travels.
