Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Supplier Quality Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Serve as the primary interface for supplier quality within projects.
Develop and implement supplier oversight plans to mitigate project risks.
Evaluate the capability of the supplier base to meet customer-specific project requirements and purchasing plans.
Ensure the availability of necessary resources to execute the Supplier Quality (SQ) project plan effectively.
Manage Customer Witness Points (CWPs) at supplier sites.
Collect and review Supplier Quality Documentation, including MQCP/ITP, MRB, etc.
Incorporate lessons learned into project risk mitigation plans.
Work as part of the project quality team, coordinating all supplier quality activities.
Establish, coordinate, and monitor quality plans based on customer contracts, internal instructions, local laws, and regulations.
Engage in limited international business travels to coordinate quality efforts across global suppliers.

What You Bring:
Degree in engineering or an equivalent background.
Previous experience in project organization is advantageous.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
Experience or education related to the design, specification, or operation of rotating machinery.
Positive, robust, tolerant, and cooperative personality.
Strong team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
