Program Purchasing within Supply Chain Operations, Capital Equipment - Supplier Management is currently looking for a Project Supply Coordinator. In this position you will work closely together with the Development & Service Operations organisation and with our suppliers, providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Performance (Quality, Cost and Delivery) and People Engagement.

Supply Chain Operations, Capital Equipment is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. The Program Purchasing team primarily interfaces with the Development & Service Operations organization to define and achieve its project targets. We are responsible for organizing, managing and driving technology/development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new machines to our customers at the right quality, time and cost.

As Project Supply Coordinator you will work closely together with Project Supply Managers and designers supporting the product development projects with prototype procurement.

Main responsibilities
- Issue and follow up purchase orders according to the global process
- Support Project Supply Managers in negotiations and cost analysis
- Drive sourcing and contracting of parts and kits
- Coordinate sourcing of potential suppliers
- Lead supplier management activities for assigned prototype supplier
- Drive process improvement activities

Qualifications

The person we are looking for has at least 1 year experience from similar tasks within development and manufacturing of complex products. You have a University degree within a technical and/or commercial discipline. You have good skills in supplier management, cost analysis and control. It is an advantage if you have experience from project management. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and a talented Excel user. SAP skills are beneficial.

In this position you will make good use of your communications and negotiation skills. Further you have a systematic approach to problem solving as well as the ability to take initiatives and drive your own activities.
