FSM&BT, Supplier Management MED - Module, Equipment and Drawn Components - organisation is responsible for sourcing, contracting and supply base management of Modules, Equipment and Drawn components supporting the whole product life cycle starting from product development in the different Tetra Pak business: Processing, Packaging and Services. The Industrialisation team primarily interfaces with the Project Management and Engineering organisation to define and achieve its project targets. We are responsible for organizing, managing and driving technology/development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new equipment and parts to our customers at the right quality, time and cost.
What you will do
As Project Supply Coordinator you will work closely together with Project Supply Managers, Project Managers and Designers supporting our different development projects and initiatives with sourcing and procurement. In this position you will work, interact and collaborate with our Development & Engineering organisation, Tetra Pak Services and our Suppliers, providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Service Level Performance (Quality, Cost and Delivery) and People Engagement. The position will be located in Lund but you will work in a global arena.
You will focus on:
Preparation, Issue and follow up purchase orders according to the global process with high stakeholder management capability
Drive sourcing of parts and kits and other continuous improvement activities
Support Project Supply Managers in negotiations and cost analysis and participate in development projects and support the process of sourcing and eventually contracting of potential suppliers
Manage sourcing and direct material purchasing activities securing components and modules for project inhouse and field tests. Perform data analysis based on spend and delivery performance
Who you are
You have good skills and a strong interest in supplier management, cost analysis and control. You are a talented Excel and Outlook user and you possess good planning and administrative skills. SAP experience is beneficial as well as experience from project management. In this position you will make good use of your communications and negotiation skills. In your daily work you are flexible, disciplined and have a strong drive for results, combined with a quality mindset. You have a systematic approach to problem solving as well as the ability to take initiatives and drive your own improvement activities. To be successful in this position you have at least 2 years working experience within purchasing and procurement in supplier management and supply chain management. A degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
