Project Supply Manager

We are looking for a Projcet Supply Manager, who will organize, manage and drive all the purchasing activities related to projects assigned.You will drive sourcing and contracting activities according to Supplier Management process and in alignment with overall Supplier Management Strategy.Your main responsibilities will be: .Organize, manage and drive all purchasing activities related to programs/ projects assigned to you..Drive sourcing and contracting activities according to Supplier Management process and in alignment with overall Supplier Management Strategy..Negotiate all purchasing terms and conditions related to programs/projects you are responsible for..Support Project Manager with overall cost target follow up .Secure relevant suppliers are delivering on time and with right quality .Procurement of prototype material to the projects and follow up of Purchase orders you are responsible for..Ensure that the programs/project managers are updated with any kind of supply and cost issues related to the program/projects The work will include travel.Who are you?As a person you are able to create and manage strong personal relations at a professional level.You have an economy or engineering ( Mechanical engineering, industrial economy, Technology Management)[education,[at University level.At least 2 years of experience from purchasing or working with supplier relations is an advantage.You are skilled in supplier management, negotiation and cost analysis.You are also fluent in English, both written and verbal.Your verbal and written communication is clear and concise with both team members, colleagues, internal stakeholders and with suppliers.You are able to develop strategies to enhance negotiation positions and to gain agreement and commitment.Furthermore you have integrity and are a self motivated team player.This position will be filled promptly and will continue throughout this year, so do send us your application ASAP, we look forward to reading it!
