Job Description
Our customer located in Solna working with rail transportation is looking for a project support. Are you the person we are looking for?
The role of project support is a fulltime position (40 hours a week). The initial assignment is planned to be ongoing for 6 months, while our customer is looking for a more permanent solution, but with possibility to extension.
The tasks as a project support includes:
Support the achievement of project objectives, within the terms and conditions of the projects, whilst implementing company policy and procedural requirements:
Communication Management
Management of all formal and informal correspondence within projects
Management of project specific tools (common mailboxes, Sharepoint sites, communication logs, action lists, issue lists…)
Performing deliveries of documentation, comments to documents, Letters, Memos, MoM…
Participation to Project meetings, taking notes
Interface with Project Administrator on customer side
Contribute to the Communication Plan

Document Management
Planning of documentation with Project Team:
Creation of the planned documents in Teamcenter
Creation of the Documentation Plan and List
Internal reviews as Document Controller:
Check of formalities on documents ( templates, logos, formalities, references, language…)
Formal Verification step in Teamcenter
Creation of the Transmittals in Teamcenter
Contribute to the Project Management Plan and Document Management Plan

Configuration Management
Identification of Configuration Items and Baselines for the project
Creating Teamcenter structure
Creating baselines with PE, PM and Planner
Management of Configuration Items
Consistency of baseline check



Qualifications
We believe that you are a newly graduated engineer with a degree in a relevant area and with an interest in project management.
You have solid organizational skills with an attention to details and a strong ability to multitask.
Being well organized and thorough comes naturally to you and you have the ability to keep order in complex situations.
As a person you need to be:
Excellent at communicating in English
Excellent at both written and verbal communication
Very analytical in your way of thinking and acting

Furthermore, you are confident in working in teams and willing to help others. You quickly can grasp new concepts and have a way of spreading positive energy to your colleagues.
This is a great start for a newly graduated engineer interested in project management. You will get a deeper understanding and build knowledge in this junior role that will come to use once you manage projects of your own!
