The Inter IKEA Centre Group (IICG), was established 2001 for the purpose of developing and managing retail developments around IKEA stores in Europe.Today IICG operates in eight countries.Our 700,000 m2 of existing centres are set to double within 3 years.Our head office is in Kastrup, Denmark.We have an established local organization in each country of operation.The role our Kastrup office is to support, develop and co-ordinate the business and project ideas, and supply and present material for decision making and follow-ups.We are now looking for new colleagues who want to join and contribute to a highly motivated team of retail, property and development professionals.As Project Support you will be part of a team, located in Kastrup, supporting our country organisations' expansion and development in 8 European countries.You will take part in most aspects of project and property management from the drawing board through construction process to handing over, and beyond.Your responsibilities will include investment calculations, preparation of decision making material and follow up and reporting on key ratios.Travelling will be part of the job.For the right person there are great career opportunities either for future positions in our expanding European subsidiaries or within specialised head quarter support units.You have an academic degree, MSc (civil engineering), BBA or equivalent and some international experience.We believe you have worked for 2-5 years with project administration/management.You have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and applications.Very good written and spoken English is required, other languages, such as Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Czech and Polish, of merit.
