Are you an organized, creative person with a passion for project management and event planning? On the behalf of our client we are looking for a Project Coordinator to their small, dynamic team, specializing in delivering exclusive, high-end experiences.

OM TJÄNSTEN

On the behalf of our client who is specialized in tailoring unique travel experiences, we are now looking for a project coordinator to their MICE team (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions). In the role as a Project Coordinator you will handle large projects and your focus will be to plan, coordinate and search for exclusive, high-quality experiences in the nordic countrys for corporate events. As a Project Coordinator you will be part of a small team, with two senior and four junior members (located in Stockholm and Brazil). The role is perfect for you who likes to work strategically and are structured, creative and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

The position is a long-term staffing assignment through Academic Work, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks


* Send emails to clients and suppliers regarding proposals.
* Collaborate with project managers to determine the structure of products.
* Finding suppliers, confirming availability, and negotiating rates (e.g., for restaurants, hotels)
* Conduct proposal research, create visual presentations, and research new experiences (e.g., restaurants, hotels).
* Manage communication with suppliers via email


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience from a role within coordination, project assistance or administration
- Excellent knowledge of Nordic regions and soft skills for negotiation
- Creativity and curiosity in designing unique event experiences
- Excellent knowledge in English and Portuguese both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have
- Experience from a similar role
- Excellent knowledge in Swedish, French or Spanish

To succeed in the role its important that you have the ability to balance structure with creativity. You have a good understanding about how high-end service is provided and you enjoy independently driving your work forward. Furthermore, it is required that you are comfortable taking initiative and have a good ability to prioritize between different tasks.
