Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Project/Program Manager to join our team who can be responsible for driving the resolution of major incidents, facilitating effective communication, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the long-term improvement of incident, problem, and change processes.
Responsibilities:
Possess exceptional communication skills and confidently manage stakeholders, resolver teams, and top management.
Demonstrate authority, prioritizing solutions, service, and people even in stressful situations.
Ability to make decisions and handle stakeholder interactions will be essential
Efficiently orchestrate activities and resolver teams, conducting thorough root cause analyses.
Thrive on bringing people together to solve complex incidents, taking the lead in meetings
Working closely with experts in resolver teams at the company and their suppliers
Highly engaged, flexible, innovative, and excel in a global team setting.

Required Skills:
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Extensive knowledge of incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes is a must, gained through experience in ITSM and agile organizations.
Proficiency in ITSM tools and Service Now will be beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field will support your qualifications
