Are you structure, team player and forward thinking person? We are looking for a Project/Program Manager for our customer, a leading airline company in the Nordics! To start with, this is a 8-month consultancy opportunity, starting as soon as possible with the good possibility for an extension.
About the role:
The Digital Service Owner (DSO) has the overall responsibility for IT-services and applications within a defined Service area. This includes operation, maintenance and development as well as participating in budget and contract discussions with IT partners/vendors. The purpose of this role is to secure alignment and priorities with business colleagues, setting the service vision, managing the backlog, representing the team in common forums for alignment and follow up on KPIs. The DSO will work in a cross-functional development team which is continuously improving digital services by creating innovative and cost-effective solutions, taking data driven decisions and improving agile ways of working. The work will be in close collaboration with business stakeholders, and therefore requires continued involvement in the operational business to better understand the needs of the users. The DSO has an end-to-end responsibility spanning from strategic focus, to tactical and operational activities.
Your Profile:
Competencies (Mandatory and Qualifying):
• Higher academic education, bachelor or preferably master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Communication (fluent oral and in writing) in one Scandinavian language as well as in English
• At least 3 years of experience working with service/product delivery and development in a large organization as a service manager, digital product owner or similar and with a true interest in working in the digital development area.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean and Agile process methodologies
• Experience working in a cross-functional team where the team is collectively responsible for delivery and target reach
• Knowledge of data flows and integration
• Experience of management of business requirements and user stories in a development backlog
Skills:
• Independent team player with ability to structure, plan, prioritize, and drive own tasks and projects in coordination with the team, business stakeholders and external partners/vendors
• Very good communication skills
• Customer oriented with interest in understanding needs and expectations in the organization
• Attention to details, structured and well organized both in daily work and communication
• Forward thinking with a thrive to improve and find new better solutions
• Analytical skills to support decision making
