Project/Program Manager for our Services Division

Key responsibilities are:
a)Responsible project mgr for project execution of VRM projects or FM projects.
Potential projects are:
- X2 FM, SL Metro Fleet,
- SJ Coaches
b) Lead and manage the Project Core Team to fulfill the customer's expectations on time, cost, quality and performance while ensuring to Bombardier Transportation (BT) utmost profitability and productivity.
Deliver Services deliverables to the customer according to contract.
c) Provide admin and technical support to the project team.
d) Provide project leadership for SER support functions, i.e Engineering, Procurement, Methods.
e) Establish, implement and follow up relevant processes and KPI's to manage cost, quality and performace.
f) Responsible, for the P&L of the project.

Capability to lead in a matrix organization
Experience/knowledge of managing large and complex projects
Knowledge of the BT products such as Regina, X2 or Rc locos is prefered
Experience of PRO processes.
Customer and Business Objectives driven
Fluency in English
