Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in setting requirements for functional and non-functional requirements in procurements of IdP solutions.

What you'll do:
● Identify functional and non-functional requirements for procuring a supplier who will provide a service (both operation and function) for authentication and digital signatures of private e-IDs, such as BankID and Freja.
● Overall responsible for ensuring that the solutions that are realized meet architectural requirements and established principles and are in line with current reference architectures in the field.
● Specify requirements from an architectural perspective, including the use of applicable standards and an appropriate division of building blocks.
● Ensure that the requirements include all relevant and necessary regulations and frameworks that DIGG provides.
● Contribute to the development of a need’s description as a starting point for continued requirement specification.
● Develop and document solution architecture and architectural principles and anchor the work internally and, if especially necessary, also externally. In cases where there are deficiencies or lack of necessary documentation, the solution architect shall propose measures that are handled without delay in conjunction with the project.
Who you are:
● Documented knowledge of and experience of current regulations for Swedish e identification from the Agency for Digital Government, DIGG.
● Expertise in areas of service-based system architecture, integration platforms, and IT in infrastructure.
● Experience of setting requirements for functional and non-functional requirements in procurements of IdP solutions.
● Good knowledge of regulatory and trust frameworks for Idp identification services for private e-IDs.
● Expert knowledge in the field of IAM infrastructure services within national eHealth in Sweden for identification, authentication and e-ID.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
