WHAT YOU WILL DO
Oatly will expand the filling capacity in the production site and need an agile Project/Program Manager. New production equipment will be installed and the assignment in this position includes responsibility of different projects, which includes requirements specification and reconciliations with both supplier and internally. The assignment also includes integrating the equipment into the existing facility and how it affects surrounding projects.
Installation must take place where existing machines are in operation and part of the job is planning and coordination of how the installation should be carried out.
An important part is to be Oatlys coordinating person on site during installation and to ensure delivery. You will also participate and follow up the start of new production equipment and ensure that unresolved points are completed before hand over.
Your responsibility reaches all the way from initiation to execution, and you ensure delivery on time according to your project plan, budget and within the specified scope of quality. You strengthen our delivery by allocating the right resources, ensuring efficient use of technical and administrative assets, and managing dependencies, risks and opportunities. To achieve high performance, you act as an important bridge between departments, stakeholders and third-party suppliers, and you keep close contact with relevant steering groups and our management.
This position is located at our production site in Landskrona and you will report directly to our Technical Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in process industry as Project/Program Manager. You have a relevant degree within Engineering and experience from driving complex projects in a manufacturing setting. You easily navigate across teams, functions and stakeholders. Knowledge of Lean and Office 365 is required, you also need excellent skills in English and good skills in Swedish.
It´s beneficial If you have experience within the food process industry and knowledge of safe manufacturing practices in food processing.
