Arbetsbeskrivning
OMAC Fire directors are responsible for monitoring work on projects. They are responsible for ensuing jobs are completed on time and within budget, to the standard expected of your company. Directors manage schedules of work and delegate tasks to senior colleagues and their teams, to ensure that each phase of the build is completed as planned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review safety standards and practices, PPE compliance, Directors HSE site walks and reports.
Ensuring the site teams are adhering to local compliance working hours
Ensuring project paperwork and processes are being done and followed, site diary, weekly work plans, progress reporting
Reviewing planned and actual progress for design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning
Provide support to the project manager for resource planning, commercial and contractual issues
Main interface with our clients to ensure that they are informed of any issues preventing OMAC Fire from fulfilling our contractual obligations on project delivery.
WORKING HOURS
The working week is typically around 40 hours, though more is common around project deadlines.
You will not be required on site at all times – you will be required to visit the site as/when required
Certain projects may require Directors to work at night or over public holidays to ensure deadlines are met.
The EU working time directive and compliance with local working times are taken into account when planning project working hours.
