Projects Supply Manager

In this role, you will lead and manage the activities to secure the supply of equipment and parts in each of the customer commercial project we are executing, with the clear intent to well contribute to a world class coordination and experience in all the geographies
What you will do
Lead and manage the activities to secure the supply of equipment and parts on all the customer commercial projects, in order to well contributing to a world class coordination and support with all the project centres in the different geographies
Lead and support the internal equipment demand and forecast aggregation aspects, aiming to secure the projects supply as well as maximize the overall company working capital results.
Lead the capability development of the Projects Supply team, securing the engagement, a proper optimization as well as high utilization
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in:
Project Engineering
Project Management
Project Coordination
Project administration
Supply Chain planning and management
Logistic and transportation management
ERP and tool systems

We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent.
You have >10 years of experience from working in the value chain in a processing and packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral.
You have been in both side of the value chain: demand and supply.
