Arbetsbeskrivning
The project/office manager’s assistant’s role involve assisting and reporting to the project manager and her team in smooth implementation of projects and office related tasks. This role is a part-times position and involves reporting to the project/office manager.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to project/office manager and her team such as preparation of contracts, agreements, certificates, etc.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Write minutes for the meetings and distribute to the meeting participants
- Purchase tickets for the arriving groups, prepare and purchase refreshments for teachers’ groups, visitors, and guests
- Prepare projects visibility materials, take photos of the activities with EU Mobility flags
- Update posts on social media
- Other tasks upon request of the project/office manager and her team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, development studies or related field of study.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and competency in Microsoft office
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
- Perfect knowledge of English and Swedish. Knowledge of Polish will be regarded as an advantage
