We are looking for project managers to join our dream team!
Discount supermarket chain MERE is now actively expanding throughout Europe. MERE is already represented in some European countries, for example in Germany and Poland, Rumania and Lithuanian.
Employee preferences geographically: medium size cities (at least 50 000 inhabitants) not further away than 200 km from Stockholm and Gothenburg. But we will consider all the candidates who have responded and will look for options in case of mutual agreement.
From you:
• Experience and understanding of the process for opening a grocery store (in any country)
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate and retail market in Sweden
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to conclude contracts and negotiate conditions
• Grammatically correct speech
• Ability to work with Swedish commercial property search resources
• Computer skills at the level of a confident user
• Good knowledge of your region of Sweden
• Means of transportation, because of the nature of the travelling
• Desire to work on the road due to business trips within the country
• Understanding what arbetsmiljö is and the desire to work in a psychologically comfortable atmosphere
• Advanced English/ Swedish, Russian as a plus.
Job responsibilities:
· Organization and search of the objects for the retail chain
· Conducting negotiations with owners of retail estate
· Reporting
· Negotiation of a lease agreement.
· Signing of the lease agreement.
· Organization and control of the store launch process

Conditions:
Monthly salary + bonus for signing a contract + bonus for the opening of each store.
During the probationary employment is part-time, after 100% employment.
The work presupposes a lot of traveling (up to 80% of the time).
Opening hours 5/2, Sat. and sun. - weekend.
