Projektledare / Capex Project Lead - Arla, Sweden based - Linköping

We are currently looking to recruit a Capex Project Lead to join our Global Project Management team where you will be based in Sweden and travel to Arla production facilities around the country. In this role you will report to the Senior CAPEX Project Manager SE. In this role you can be based near our Arla offices or near any of our production sites in Sweden.

About the role
The CAPEX Project Lead role is responsible to support our supply chain organization with world class execution of CAPEX projects to deliver initiatives such as new product launches, capacity increases and cost improvements across our manufacturing sites in Sweden.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Define and drive alignment across key stakeholders for key project success criteria in terms of Productivity, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
• Develop, align and execute detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resource and risk to deliver the project success criteria
• Working with Procurement, develop, align and execute detailed project sourcing strategies
• Manage project funding process
• Assemble and manage the project teams (both internal and external resources) to ensure successful execution of the project against the project plan
• Manage project changes through the right change management processes
• Manage project communication amongst the project team and key stakeholders
• Develop, align and manage project construction plan including clear construction safety plans
• Support Operations through project Commissioning / Start-up

You will join a small Sweden based CAPEX team, but also enjoy working with colleagues and stakeholders in Arla Global. As you in this role will travel to various Arla sites in Sweden you can expect up to 50 % travel depending on where you are located. Ideal locations could be Stock-holm, Linköping, Jönköping or Västra Götaland.

Who are you
To be successful in this role we believe you have:

• Bachelors’ degree in Engineering (or related field). Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical / project management role with a proven track record of delivering medium / large sized / complex technical projects
• Passion for project management and equipment technologies in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication (oral and written) and organisational skills
• Ability to deal with and manage uncertainty
• Capability to work autonomously and operate in a collaborative project environment
• Team player with good network building skills
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Cost conscious and global mindset
• Hunger to learn

If you have dairy experience, experience of managing CAPEX projects or working in an engineering environment in the Food/FMCG/Pharmaceutical industry it would be a benefit. Having a drivers license is also an advantage.
