You will belong to Project Management in Gothenburg
As our new senior Project Manager, you will be part of our project management unit in Gothenburg. We work in projects from the early stages as well as the implementation phase to run, implement and complete the customer's project. We work in both large and small urban development projects in the Gothenburg area with clients who are both municipal and public.

Your main tasks:
Project management by steering the projects towards set goals, creating an understanding of the customer's needs and defining project goals together with the customer
Be involved in the development of the society of the future in the Gothenburg region
Sales and marketing to customers and clients and tendering work
Contribute with knowledge in contracts and agreements, risk management and project planning
Support and coach junior colleagues

You have extensive experience in project management from real estate, complex buildings or houses
You have experience of leading large projects as a project manager and/or construction manager for assignments
You have a master's degree in civil engineering/university education or equivalent work experience
You have experience from negotiations and tendering where you enjoy the dialogue with the customer
You have a good communicative ability in speech and writing in both Swedish and English

You are a person whose main driving force is to achieve results in projects that add real value. You are flexible and enjoy being challenged in interesting projects that involve both local and international cooperation.
