Kauno Tiltai is the largest transport infrastructure company in the Baltics. Since the start of operations in 1949, the company has built over 100 bridges, and constructed and reconstructed a large number of roads in Lithuania and abroad.

Since 2014, Kauno tiltai is established on the Swedish market with a wholly owned subsidiary; Kauno tiltai Sweden AB. The company carried out in 2014 and 2015, the first Swedish missions including Road 156, (Skene-Skoghem) with Trafikverket as client. During 2016 and 2017 COMSA carries out in collaboration with Kauno Tiltai an assignment for SL, construction of doubble tracks at Roslagsbanan, for a value of 250 million sek. The group regularly participates in tenders to values between 100-500 million sek. alified for procurement through inter alia TransQ and holds certificates of ISO14001, ISO9001 and OHSAS18001. In 2017 we are planning to have a turnover of more than 200 million SEK. Willing to be more competitive and to explore existing competencies in Lithuania and our technical "know-how", gained through our experience, we are implementing project in Sweden mainly by Lithuanian team. Understanding, that every market has its own speciality we believe, that projects in Sweden should be managed by Swedish Project managers.

Since the Swedish operations is developing rapidly, we are looking for a Project Manager to provide overall leadership direction to a project; including the management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

As our project manager you will be responsible for:

* Planning, directing and coordinating on-site construction activities to ensure that project goals are accomplished within prescribed time frame.
* Participating in the cost estimation and tender preparation;
* Consulting on the issues of subcontractor's reliability, technical capacity, risks management and others;
* Managing staff, subcontractors and project documentation;
* Representing organization in front of customers and other governmental agencies;
* Analyzing the project results, preparing project reports for management, clients, or others.

About you

To succeed at Kauno Tiltai you must be able to work effectively in an international environment with those of diverse backgrounds and attitude. You are adaptive and have high communication- and active listening skills. You are strong at building relationships and influencing at all organizational levels.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in delivering various types of infrastructure projects, a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, science, or a technical discipline, and a minimum of seven years of experience in transport infrastructure market or related field.

Managerial experience required. Strong relationships with project Owners and Clients are strongly desired.



You have a successful experience of leading, managing and administrating transport infrastructure construction contracts (bigger than 20 mln. euros) and experience of Fidic contract conditions.

You have experience in negotiation and know Swedish and English. Drivers license is mandatory.
