About the assignment:

Description
The major banks in the Nordics has agreed to jointly replace Bankgirot with a new clearing service, P27, to service the payment industry with new standardized payment products. The Client is well prepared and have mobilized a team to focus on their onboarding to the new service and perform the transformation from the current payment products and flows to the new P27 infrastructure. This team, “Payment roadmap”, is focusing on our payment applications and payment processing platforms.
Work tasks:
- Capture requirements for changes needed to the Loan ledgers and drive a harmonized solution for loan disbursements and installments for all affected Loan ledgers in the domain adhering to the overall framework of the new payment infrastructure
- Identify any impact on manual processes and drive transformation plans on these together with key stakeholders
- Drive implementation of the requirements into impacted domains and tribes and monitor implementation for any deviations ensuring the time plan follows The Client's commitment to the wider P27 milestones
- Ensure a smooth transition from old/current loan disbursements and loan installments to the new payment flows using P27, including both STP/automatic processes as well as any manual ones.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience from banking and in particular payments and loan ledgers & systems.
- Experience of requirements capture, backlog creation & syndication.
- Understanding of IT architecture and tech stacks such as mainframe, integration solutions and development process.
- Understanding of different working methods such as agile (scrum & SAFe) and how to engage in those organizational structures.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
