Description

The role of the Digital Project Leader will be to lead workstreams for improving the food products information value chain in order to secure that the full food range can be shown and sold in an omnichannel customer experience. This includes working closely with the Business Analyst team to understand the needs of the business as well as to plan and execute how the necessary improvements can be implemented, all in concert with dependencies to other projects, other legal entities, and the ongoing work of the line organization.

Work tasks:

- Creating and owning the implementation plans for the workstreams
- Coordinating stakeholder management for the workstreams
- Representing the business in discussions with solution owners
- Reporting on workstream progress to the Programme Leader
- Supporting with the creation of Steering Group materials related to the workstreams
- Leading and securing a successful transition to the to-be ways of working






Mandatory competence and experience:

- Project management experience from hybrid waterfall and agile environments
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience of implementation of new ways of working
- Food Knowledge
- Basic knowledge in the PPS model
