In October 2021, the Swedish government announced NXBio as an important player in the Life Science sector in Sweden and globally. This led to the investment and support to establish an Innovation hub enabling production and development of Advanced Biologics such as Gene therapies but also DNA, RNA, proteins, and vaccines at NXBio’s Matfors Site. As an innovation hub, NXBio has an open platform for collaboration with early stage/SME biotech companies and other stakeholders in Sweden, the Nordics and internationally to enable the industrial scale manufacture of advanced therapeutics and prophylactics. In line with this investment NXBio is now expanding our Commercial Management team with a senior Project manager.
The Commercial Management team at NXBio supports, lead and structure our customer related projects with project management resources. Projects ranging from R&D and early-stage customers who need help in taking the next step, to well established clients with a ready solution for their specific product. The Commercial Management team now launches a unique opportunity to effectively garner already existing knowledge and infrastructure form an experienced biologics developer and apply this in a new, highly innovative context.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
Establishing the project in collaboration with our quotation and business development team.
Acting externally representing NXBio’s interest towards the customer/client.
Acting internally representing the customer/client and owning the project on site.
To be the primary contact between customers and our functions on site for project-related activities.
Lead, coordinate, and follow-up on progress of activities and timelines in assigned projects, such as change controls, risk assessments, risk reports, etc.
Identify customer addition requests and scope adjustments during ongoing projects and ensure that customer is invoiced.
Actively communicate and engage in dialogue with the NXBio staff to ensure what was promised can be delivered in project-related activities.
Support our business development team to generate additional business.

We believe you have a degree in a relevant (bio)pharmaceutical or chemistry/microbiology/science field with some to several years of work experience in project management. Having experience from pharmaceutical manufacturing, cell- and gene therapy and/or GMP is highly meriting.
