Assignment
Lead our strategic initiative to Implement (IT) Project Portfolio Management (PPM) process & Tool at
Production & Logistics during the recruitment of a successor of our previous Project Manager. The
scope of the assignment will be;
− All initiatives within our Manufacturing Values Streams in one PPM tool instead of separate
tools and lists.
− Implement a common process and methods within the Manufacturing Value Streams (as a
pilot).
− Evaluate if the resource management module in the PPM tool can be a common tool for
managing resources both from a short term perspective as well as a long term perspective on
capacity needs which should be an input to the forecast process.


Education
Master of science in engineering or university degree in Information Science or have the
corresponding knowledge.

Language
Fluent in Swedish and English.
