Promotional Co-Pack Planner, Fulltime

Academic Work is on behalf of clients seeking a promotional co-pack planner.Our client is one of the divisions within a world leading pharmaceutical company and is active worldwide.The company is in the forefront of research, development and manufacture of medicines and is behind many famous brands in the pharmaceutical industry.Tasks; The organization has an opening for a temporary Promotional Co-Pack Planner to support all in-store and promotional display activity and ensure the timely availability of costumized products for all Customers. Key responsibilities; Work with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure optimal design of all co pack item Translate promotional forecast into a weekly co pack production plan Track weekly co pack sales to identify where increases or decreases are required in co pack plan to best support sales Select, manage and maintain operational relationship with all co pack suppliers Maintain all item master data in ERP systems Requirements; 2-3 years planning or production experience Expert in Excel and exceptional knowledge in macro Experience of BPCS/SAP and supply chain business processes Fluent in English both oral and written Understanding of packaging and design activities Experience of supplier selection and management Strong interpersonal and communication skills ERP and inventory management systems experience is required and you need to have exceptional skills in Excel.You are analytical, have good interpersonal skills and are accustomed to working in a environment where the demands are high.
