About the role
As a Promotions Manager, you’re responsible for managing promotions and campaigns for our publisher and retailer partners. You will oversee and execute on the whole promotions process from entering the promotion information in our Ztorm Hub as well as analyse performance. In addition, you will also continuously collect relevant performance data to be able to improve future campaigns as well as to plan a long-term campaign strategy for our partners.
You report to the Head of Commercial.
As Promotions Manager you will
- Be the main point of contact, internally and externally, regarding promotions and campaigns
- Collaborate with our publisher and retailer/e-tailer partners to create campaigns in our Ztorm Hub, e.g. seasonal campaigns, game releases as well as general promotions and sales
- Forecast, plan and measure promotions and campaign performance
- Collect all relevant material from publishers for each promotion and campaign
- Communicate with retailers to ensure they have access to all ongoing campaigns
- Analyse and measure campaign performance to learn and improve future campaigns
- Create a long-term campaign strategy, including routines and guidelines
Your skills and experience include
- At least a few years in a similar role, managing promotions and campaigns, preferably within the games, retail/e-tail or B2C industry
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Preferably a passion and interest in the games industry and general technology
- Desire to continuously learn and improve
As a person you are an excellent communicator with strong attention to details. You enjoy managing and analysing data in order to build a long-term strategy for our partners’ campaigns. You’re able to work in several projects and campaigns at the same time and have the ability to navigate, prioritise and get things done in a fast paced work environment.
