About the position 
We are looking for a Property Manager Contract to manage Volvo Car Group Real Estate rental portfolio in the region EMEA. 
In this role you will report to the Head of Property Management EMEA at Volvo Cars. 

What will you do
Your role will be to manage and control lease agreements, rent charges, disposal and acquisition of assets in accordance with the Real Estate strategy where Cost, Attractiveness and Sustainability is of great importance. 
You will work in close cooperation with our Global Real Estate team and together with them set the long-term plan for the rental portfolio. 
In addition to above, you will be responsible for:
•    Ensure legal compliance for Real Estate transactions.
•    Ensure correct data for property taxation.
•    Ensure correct data and information in the Real Estate systems.
•    Set up and secure SLA.
•    Secure signing of contracts.

Who are you
To be successful in this role it is important to build and maintain a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders, landlords, customers, and property managers. 
Its therefore important that you have a diploma within Real Estate, Finance or similar and/or related proven work experience.  
You have good negotiation skills as well as solid experience of tenancy law/agreements and property management. 
You like to provide good service, enjoy working with people, are independent and meticulous.
