IKEA Property AB is a fully staffed property management company within facility, construction and development and is the property specialist at Inter IKEA Group in Sweden. IKEA Property AB is owner, landlord and a support organisation in property-related assignments where Inter IKEA Group have their business in Sweden. We are a total of 20 employees within IKEA Property AB in Älmhult.

Job Description
Our Facility department are in lead of the sustainability agenda in the properties, working intensely with energy efficiency programmes. We are striving for digitalization, automation and technological developments to optimise operations. The Facility department is also responsible for follow-ups executed in line with IKEA internal rules, insurance companies and national regulations. The department plays a vital role in the daily operations and maintenance of our properties.
As Property Manager you will lead and develop business and people within our Facility organization. You will be responsible for developing our properties within the scope of business locations in south Sweden on behalf of Inter IKEA Group Sweden. In this role, you are the professional speaking partner and will have a close collaboration with tenants, ensuring high quality, great service and sustainability compliance of the operations. You will drive and contribute to projects for facility management and overall development of IKEA Property AB.


Qualifications
We are looking for you with strong leadership skills in line with IKEA values and leadership capabilities. You are curious and have a strong willingness to grow and develop yourself and your co-workers. You communicate in a clear and inspiring way, and lead by example in your everyday work. You are service-minded and have a solution-oriented way, which is reflected in your way of communicating with colleagues and partners. You are driven by development of business and people while also finding new ways to improve efficiency and dare to challenge. You enjoy working in a fast-changing and complex environment, with simplicity in focus. You care for people and the planet and are motivated by the IKEA sustainability agenda.
We see that you have experience of leading people and an academic degree or equivalent working experience within the construction industry, property development or any other relevant real estate business. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge about IKEAs internal guidelines and regulations relating to facility management, purchasing goods and services, meeting suppliers and work environment is a plus.
