Proposition Manager

Right now, we are looking for you who would like to join our fast growing, innovative company and bring value as our new Proposition Manager.

This position will be located in Malmö (Sweden) but will work across all of our 16 markets in Europe and Latin America.

The Proposition Management team is responsible for having a strong product and services innovation pipeline together with defining our future within the area. They are leading projects to create and integrate these new products and services in our alarm system and understanding how these new products and services will evolve the positioning of our company, the offering, the sales process and the resulting economics.

In the role as Proposition Manager at Verisure, you will work closely with the Group Proposition Management Director and the rest of the Proposition Management Team in understanding the different Security Products domains, the performance of our products, and designing the new products & services in our pipeline.

This role will require determination to deeply understand our business model and products and the ones of competitors. You will keep up to date with our technology and technology trends that can be applicable.

We expect you to identify opportunities for new products, understand their business purpose and fit with our company, together with designing the new products and services. After the launch of our products, you are responsible to monitor commercial, operational and UX performance.

What you bring

We believe you will bring your previous experience (5-10 years) in Product Marketing/as a Product Owner/top tier consulting together with a University degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or similar.

You describe yourself as an entrepreneurial and committed person with a strong hands-on approach and orientation to detail.

Having a good understanding and passion for technology will be to your advantage.

You enjoy working with marketing, sales, UX/UI and market analysis, and preferably you also have some experience of it. Your strong written and oral communication skills will come in handy in this role, and you are fluent in English (other languages will be a plus: Spanish, Swedish, German, Italian, French).
