Provision Master
. Responsible for overall Hotel Stores operation; oversee overall ordering, receiving, issuing and maintenance of stocks required for use in the Hotel areas on board
. Responsible for overall loading of all Hotel Inventory items on time, stored and secured
. Ensure all orders are sent on schedule base on lead time and vendors requirement
. Offload Cargo/manifest on Main Port; responsible for completing proper Custom forms; send to shore side logistics for all offloading cargo, additional hard copies required; offload all items for Custom inspection
. Communicate with shore side Purchasing regarding orders and item implementation
. Minimum three years experience in high volume Food Service Management, Inventory control and/or Warehouse Operation
. CDC vessel sanitation program certificate or equivalent degree
. College education or equivalent industry experience preferred
. Ship experience required
