Psychiatrist to Region Dalarna/Sweden

The adult psychiatry in Dalarna has two clinics, in Säter and Falun. In Säter we have two psychiatric wards including intensive psychiatric care and emergency psyhiatric care. At the clinic in Falun we have wards for general psychiatric care for adults, detoxification with it's own emergency room, ECT and TMS. The clinic provides 24-hour psychiatric care and medical addiciton care.
Your work here would consist of psychiatric assessments, diagnosis and follow-ups with our patients at the psychiatric wards and the emergency psychiatric patients in Falun and/or in Säter. Working together with various authorities and municipalities is also a part of the job. As a specialist doctor you are expected to work independently as well as the.
We are looking for Psychiatrist with a few years of experience from either adult psychiatry or forensic psychiatry. It is an advantage if you have experience in working with both neuropsychiatric patients and patients with substance abuse problems. Experience in method development is a plus. You work well together with colleagues of all professions and have the ability to build a trusting relationship with patients and collaborating partners.

Candidate profile:
-Registered doctor within EU/EEA with a specialization within psychiatry
-3 - 5 years of work experience as a Psychiatrist
-EU/EEA citizenship
-English language proficiency at CEFR level B2
-Good recommendations/references from previous employment
-Good communication skills
-An eager to constantly develop your professional skills
-Drivning license (category B)
