Public Affairs CSR & Communication Director

We are seeking a Public affairs CSR and Communication director to one of our clients that is located in Stockholm.

An Active communication department plays a key role in the success of PR Nordic in different aspects.
Communication Director shall act as a true global leader in alignment between internal and external communication in all dimensions.
The job profile includes intranet, monthly letters, meetings, planning process, presentation material, Management meetings, PR, presentation material and external event/articles.

The main purpose of communication is based on three pillars.

1. Strengthen internal communication and culture and create internal alignment towards company goals.
2. Ensure that PR responsible program is accepted, understood and anchored in the organisation.
3. Communicate externally around PR CSR-programmes and Responsib'ALL Day..

Overall responsibility
Convert overall direction into concrete & understandable, something to act upon in cooperation.
Ensure internal alignment of overall direction.
Develop a responsibility program.

Profile requirements
- Masters degree
- General work experience 7 years
- Marketing/Communications
- International experience 2 years
- Intercultural awareness
