LG Electronics Nordic AB is looking for a person highly motivated, and pleasant to work with for the position of (Full-time) Purchase Assistant for IT Product Division EMPLOYER LG Electronics Nordic AB Esbogatan 18 Akalla JOB DESCRIPTION - You shall support ass.product manager as well as product manager of IT Product Division in overall matters. - Overall purchase related supporting jobs for IT Products (Computer monitors, optical storages, notebook pc and etc.) - Handling delivery information of IT products - Weekly/Monthly statistics of customers' inventory, sales, purchase and claims - Daily check and monitor customers' order status, sales, stock level (Monthly report to HQ), and to assist product manager to make purchase planning - IT product code-registration and control in the system - Support handling modules in Sales Administration (administration of prices for various customers, sales program for the customers to say the least) - Other ad-hoc jobs, reporting, filing and handling on request QUALIFICATION - You are expected to be diligent and well organized. - You should have a great interpersonal skill and be pleasant and to work with. - Excellency in use of excel and quantitative skills. (Please apply to this position only if you consider yourself well-organized, excellent in quantitative skills and computer skills, especially excel) - Ability to think thoroughly, to see the whole picture, and to learn system-handling and reporting tools very quickly - Minimum BA or BS is preferred (Bachelor in economics/business administration/accounting/applied statistics is preferred, even though it is not a prerequisite), 1-3 years of working experience in a similar business is preferable. - Ability to cope with time pressure and big load of work - Interpersonal skill: ability to cooperate with other members of your team - Ability to work with people with various cultural backgrounds LANGUAGE - Working language is Swedish and English Your Application should arrive no later than 2006 February 18 th.
