Purchase Controller - Rock Drilling Tools Division

Job description
As Purchase Controller you report directly to the Vice President Purchasing.

You will be responsible for the development, documentation and roll out of the Purchasing processes (incl. KPI’s). Another important area is to support and follow up on the PC action plans regarding saving and process development.

The major focus areas are:- Support the PCs with development of the action plans. Collect and compile the actions on a divisional level. - Define and develop the Purchasing Process together with the Purchasing organization. A very important part of this work is the development of the KPI’s.

Educational and experience requirements
Suitable background for the position is a university degree combined with some year’s qualified experience from Purchasing and/or logistics in an international operation. Fluency in English is required.

Personal skills
Since this is a strategic position, a structured approach and a helicopter view is necessary. You have a strong process and performance orientation. Due to the complex organization and global team you need to be a very good communicator with strong ability to empower people.

This position is located at our product company in Fagersta (Sweden).
