We are looking for a Purchade order coordinator for an interim assignment. Our client is an international player in the software industry and in this position, you will be part of the Marketing & Operations organization. You will be working with processes and policies, making sure that the M&O-organization follows the policies connected to spend and purchasing.
The role includes an extensive network with multiple stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you must be able to work proactively, be a master at multitasking and have the ability to adapt your day-to-day work to a fast-changing business environment. You need to enjoy processes and have an eye for details.
The scope of the role:
- Conducting process trainings for employees regarding Purchase Orders(PO)
- Responding on queries connected to the PO process
- Creating Marketing and Operations expense POs
- Validating PO requests before setting up the PO
- Making necessary changes in the PO description
- Follow up with PO owners for additional information
- Providing guidelines to PO owners in connection to their orders
- Follow up the PO status
- Chasing for approval
- Follow up with Buy Center team
- Follow up SSPA(Supplier Security & Privacy Assurance) team
- Open POs follow up
- Contacting PO Owners
- Contacting Suppliers
- Solving Vendor queries
- Vendor reconciliation
- Supporting with escalations connected to the Vendor creation process
Requirements:
- Experience in processing invoices or accounts payable, preferably in a large, multi-national company
- Experience with compliance processes
- Intermediate or advanced excel skills
- You should be process oriented, focused on detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize duties
- Good communication and social skills since you will be in contact with a lot of different stakeholders

You are well structured, understand how to get things done and achieve positive, concrete results. You are also a team player who likes working cross teams. It is also necessary that you have the ability to handle changes and to work effectively in situations involving uncertainty or lack of information
